The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity raises money solely to support The Royal Marsden, a world-leading cancer centre. We ensure our nurses, doctors and research teams can provide the very best care and develop life-saving treatments, which are used across the UK and around the world.

The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity is six months into its three-year strategy that aims to significantly grow our income. Along with funding an existing world-class programme of research, treatment and care, we are also raising £70 million, our biggest capital appeal ever, to build the Oak Cancer Centre that will provide radical new solutions for the research and treatment of cancer. The role of Corporate Partnerships Manager will be at the heart of all of this.
We are a high performing team, and this role presents an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in helping us to realise our ambition. Corporate fundraising is a growing entity within the Charity and over the last 12 months we have grown and secured major five, six and seven figure partnerships, including a long term relationship with Ralph Lauren, becoming Google UK’s first ever Charity of the Year and being voted Macfarlanes Charity of the Year.
As Corporate Partnerships Manager you will have the opportunity to lead on the management of one of our major charity of the year partnerships, Google UK – a rare opening in the sector. This role presents a unique opportunity to work on Google’s first ever UK Charity of the Year partnership. We are looking for someone to utilise this blank canvass and maximise this partnership, meeting all of the agreed objectives, raising awareness and vital funds to support the work of The Royal Marsden.
As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be the lead account manager and main point of contact leading on the successful delivery of the Google UK partnership, and others in future as required. This will include building upon existing plans and relationships and implementing new strategies to achieve a stretch target for the partnership. You will have a proven ability, passion and track record for donor relationship management, account management and development and an ability to drive the delivery of a major Charity of the Year partnership.
