Peridot Partners provides a comprehensive executive search and selection approach to support our clients throughout the recruitment process. This includes; in-depth briefings with stakeholders, defining the job role and preparing job descriptions and person specifications, advertisements, creating bespoke recruitment microsites/candidate packs, researching, approaching and assessing candidates through to selection. We are also involved in conducting and supporting the interview and assessment processes, providing candidate feedback and managing offer negotiations.
