Peridot, (pronounced: per-i-doh) is a much-loved gemstone – the only one found in meteorites it's claimed – and one that has undergone a resurgence in popularity since the discovery of high quality deposits in Kashmir, a region already renowned for producing stones of incomparable colour and transparency. It's said the word ‘peridot’ also derives from the Greek ‘peridona’ which can be translated as ‘to give richness’. We create social value through delivering excellent appointments cost effectively and by engaging, where possible, those you support through your services in the recruitment process. We do this to strengthen the bond between you and your service users and to offer them development opportunities.

Protecting our planet

We use a leading global flexible office network, which enables us to occupy office space efficiently and only when required. We avoid travelling unnecessarily and enable colleagues to work remotely from home.

We check energy consumption levels for our IT equipment before we buy it. We ask our consultants to switch computers off instead of placing them in standby mode when not in use. We do not allow screensavers as they can use more energy than leaving computer screens idle.

We make every effort not to print paper. We avoid creating paper packs by publishing reports, CVs and candidate information on a secure website. This saves on paper, printing, postage and courier costs, as well as the environmental footprint of transporting documents.
