Naheed has over 15 years experience of working within resourcing and has worked extensively with clients across central government and commercial sectors including the Metropolitan Police Service, The Security Service (MI5), Serco, RBS, Abbey, BAE Systems, HM Prison Service, Home Office and Arup. She has also worked as a senior manager running a multi £m turnover business, before setting up Ipso Consulting. Naheed has an MSc in Organizational Behaviour and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Institute of Business Consulting and Chartered Management Institute. She is Level A and B psychometric testing qualified (NEO PI-R; Wave; OPQ; Wave 360) and has SC level security clearance.
