Julia joined Peridot Partners in August 2011, bringing with her nearly 20 years experience in fundraising, both as a practitioner and a recruiter.

As a fundraiser, specialising in Major Gifts, she held Director level roles at St Martin-in-the-Fields, Cranfield School of Management and King’s College, London.  Julia generated over £30m income for her organisations during her fundraising career.

Prior to joining Peridot Partners, Julia was a Director at Execucare, a leading bespoke recruitment firm focusing solely on fundraising and communications roles across the not-for-profit sector. She led the recruitment of a variety of senior development and communication roles in organisations as varied as Cass Business School, the Refugee Council, The Cricket Foundation and the Institute of Cancer Research.
