Adam joined Peridot in June 2011 on a one year work placement as part of his degree at the University of Surrey.

Adam is studying BSc Psychology and is gaining an in depth experience of recruitment, assessment and selection to bring some of the theory to life. Adam is working across all areas of the business including research for executive search projects and response management for advertised vacancies. He is also involved in the assessment and selection of candidates.

Adam is gaining invaluable business experience and growing his knowledge of the public and civil society sectors, which he can apply to the last year of his degree and build his skills in readiness for the workplace when he completes his degree in 2013.
