We spend most of our time recruiting people for leadership roles, both executive and non-executive. We also help boards of trustees / non-executive directors to become more effective by undertaking diagnostic reviews and then delivering modern solutions such as fresh induction and development programmes.

Enjoys: Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Karate, Gaming, Motor Sport, Skiing, Snowboarding and maybe a little bit of sleep too!

Oli joined Peridot in the summer of 2015 following 4 years in Surrey studying Maths and Computing, which included a year at Allianz as a Project Management Officer. Oli helps to manage all of our recruitment projects, which means that he plays a huge role in ensuring that our customer service to clients and candidates is of the highest standard. Oli is also a technology whizz and his insights ensure that Peridot operates at the edge of modern business practice!

Alice Gilham

Enjoys ceramic painting, baking (followed by eating), running, watching the F1 with her husband and looking at steam engines with her little boy.

Alice recently joined Peridot having previously worked as an administrator for a company running clinical trials. She has joined the team to help support and manage administration and our recruitment process and projects. Having gained an MA in Medieval Studies from York, Alice is now transferring her research skills to executive search and identifying and reaching out to find the perfect candidates for our clients.

  • As the chair of the board for Relate I recently worked with Peridot Partners in connection with the recruitment of a new chief executive, following the departure of our chief executive, Ruth Sutherland. The departure of a successful and inspiring chief executive requires very careful handling as it can lead to a loss of confidence within the organisation. The appointment of Peridot proved to be very important in bringing confidence to the appointment panel, the whole board and ultimately the organisation. Peridot was swift, efficient and confident in their approach to a very difficult appointment.   • As co-chairs of the charity we had a difficult situation to deal with in replacing a long standing CEO unexpectedly. We found Grant Taylor and his team friendly, very thorough, and easy to collaborative with over an intensive month or two which included advertising, compiling jointly a search process, agreeing and interviewing a long list of ten from a response rate of 50.
